Changed your mind?

Under UK online shopping cancellation rules, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.

How to request a return

Please email us at hello.devareverie@gmail.com with your order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel your order.

We will provide the return instructions. Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Condition of returned jewellery

Please take reasonable care when handling and returning your jewellery.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, a deduction may be made for any resulting reduction in value, as allowed by law.

Please return items safely packaged, including their original presentation packaging where possible.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return postage cost where this information has been provided before purchase.

If an item is faulty or incorrectly described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate return in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the payment using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

The cost of standard delivery will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional premium delivery cost above the standard option does not have to be refunded.

Faulty or damaged jewellery

If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this returns policy.
