Welcome to Deva Reverie. These terms explain the conditions that apply when purchasing jewellery through our website.
1. About Deva Reverie
Deva Reverie is the trading name of [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], a UK sole trader.
Business correspondence address: [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS]
Email: hello.devareverie@gmail.com
2. Using our website
By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its security, functionality or operation.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
These terms apply to purchases made through the Deva Reverie website.
3. Our jewellery
We aim to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, prices and material information for every product.
Product specifications, including metal composition, plating and decorative stones, will be stated on the relevant product page.
Please check the individual product description carefully before purchasing.
We do not describe products as sterling silver, nickel-free, lead-free or hypoallergenic unless the relevant claims have been verified.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings. This does not remove your statutory rights if goods are misdescribed.
4. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
We aim to keep product information and stock availability up to date. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
5. Prices and payments
All product prices will be displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be included in or clearly displayed alongside the total price before you place an order.
Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
Payments will be processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout.
We will not ask customers to send payment card details by email.
6. Placing an order
Please check your basket, delivery details and order total carefully before completing your purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement of your order.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. Contract acceptance will be confirmed separately by email.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
7. Delivery
We initially plan to offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before checkout is completed.
Dispatch and delivery estimates will be communicated during the ordering process.
For more information, please read our Delivery Information page.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible online purchases have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Customers generally have 14 days from receiving their goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Other statutory rights apply where jewellery is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Please read our Returns & Refunds page for further information.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive jewellery that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us.
We will consider the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and applicable remedies.
10. Jewellery care
Individual product pages may include recommendations for caring for your jewellery.
Following appropriate care instructions can help preserve the appearance of your jewellery.
Care advice does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, photographs, designs and written material belonging to Deva Reverie may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.
13. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.
Our products will be supplied in accordance with your statutory rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable legal requirements.
The version displayed on our website will show the applicable update date.
